These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of teresajessen.com (the “Site”) and any related content, quizzes, emails, scheduling, products, or services provided by Teresa Jessen (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms:

1) Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or systems

• Disrupt the Site’s security or functionality

• Upload malicious code

• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

2) Educational Content + Quiz Disclaimer

Any quiz results, recommendations, templates, training, or content are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not guarantees of results. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control (including your effort, market conditions, timing, and implementation).

3) No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

4) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, downloads, graphics, videos, branding, and materials) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print materials for personal use or internal business use only, unless otherwise stated.

You grant us permission to use your submissions for business purposes (for example, to respond to you, deliver services, improve our materials, and—if applicable—use testimonials), unless you request otherwise in writing.

6) Scheduling (Acuity Scheduling)

If you book an appointment using Acuity Scheduling, you agree to provide accurate information and follow any scheduling policies displayed during booking (such as rescheduling/cancellation terms, if shown).

7) Payments (Stripe), Services, and Delivery

If you purchase services, products, or a coaching package from us:

• Payments are processed through Stripe

• Deliverables, timelines, scope, and communication expectations will be outlined on the applicable sales page, checkout page, or in a written agreement.

8) No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Because our work includes digital strategy, coaching, and implementation (including quiz funnel builds and related marketing assets), you understand that once work has begun and/or access has been delivered, we do not offer refunds.

Our commitment: If something isn’t working as expected within the agreed scope, we will make reasonable tweaks and adjustments to help you get a result you’re happy with, as long as you are participating and providing timely feedback and access needed to complete the work.

9) Third-Party Tools and Embedded Media

The Site may include third-party tools and embedded content, including Systeme.io, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, YouTube, and Vimeo. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, or content.

10) Affiliate Links and Recommendations (If Applicable)

Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools or resources we believe may be helpful, but you are responsible for your own decisions and due diligence.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12) Limitation of Liability

If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 CAD if you paid nothing).
